Most on-campus orders arrive in under an hour, and often within 30 minutes. Off-campus zones take a little longer — the estimated time for your area is shown at checkout.

Delivery fees depend on your zone and are shown before you pay. Spend over GH₵ 250.00 and delivery is free.

You can pay with cash on delivery or mobile money. Card and mobile money payments are handled securely through Paystack where enabled.

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from the ground floor of the Student Union Building during opening hours.

We take orders daily from 07:00 to 22:00.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Perishable and hygiene items can only be returned if faulty.

Once you place an order you can follow its status — confirmed, processing, out for delivery and completed — from your account orders page.

You can browse and build a cart as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save a wishlist and check out faster.
